What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the packaging structure, dimensions, materials and finishing. Send us your product details and target quantity; we will confirm the minimum applicable to your specification in the quotation.
Do you offer fully custom box sizes and logo printing?
Yes. Box dimensions and artwork can be developed around your product and presentation requirements. Share the finished size, product dimensions and logo file or reference design so we can confirm a suitable structure and print method.
What eco-friendly or FSC-certified packaging materials do you support?
Paper and paperboard options can be discussed for each project. If you require an FSC-certified material or an on-pack FSC claim, tell us before quotation so the material, certificate scope and label permissions can be checked for your specific order. We do not assume every finished product is FSC-labelled or make an environmental claim without supporting evidence.
What is your standard production lead time and shipping process?
The schedule depends on the packaging structure, artwork approval, sampling and order quantity. We confirm the production timeline and shipping terms in writing for each quotation. Finished goods are prepared for export, with the delivery destination and shipping method agreed before the order proceeds.
